At Elevate Fitness, our Small Group Personal Training sessions are carefully structured to provide a well-rounded approach to fitness. Each workout is built on three key phases that work together to improve strength, muscle development, and overall conditioning. We begin with strength training because it creates the foundation for everything else. By focusing on large, compound movements, members develop greater force production, stronger muscles, and more resilient joints. Training for strength not only enhances athletic performance but also supports everyday life — from lifting with confidence to improving posture and reducing the risk of injury. Over time, these sessions provide measurable progress, giving members clear evidence of their physical development.
After strength work, we turn our attention to accessory training that promotes hypertrophy, corrects imbalances, and improves movement quality. These targeted exercises are essential for developing a well-rounded, functional body. They reinforce the main lifts, build muscular endurance, and create the stability needed for more complex movements. Our functional fitness sessions focus on full-body movements that build real-world strength, balance, and control.
Using equipment like kettlebells, barbells, slam balls, and sleds, we train multiple muscle groups at once—helping you lift, carry, and move with purpose, both in and out of the gym.

Every weekend, we host free community runs exclusively for members. These sessions are about more than cardio—they’re a chance to connect, explore local routes around Patras, and stay consistent in your fitness journey alongside others who share your goals.

Lucien brings over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, with a background in bodybuilding, CrossFit, and endurance sports. Lucien hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Science from Southampton Solent University in the UK and a Level 3 Personal Training qualification
After graduating, he began coaching both in-person and online, eventually managing a large gym in the UK where he delivered tailored training programs and built lasting relationships with clients.
In 2023, Lucien relocated to his wife’s hometown of Patras to launch Elevate Fitness Patras. He’s now focused on guiding others to long-term strength and health, while also competing as a member of the local road cycling team Π.Ο.Π.
