Our story
WE BUILT THE GYM WE WANTED TO TRAIN IN.
A coaching facility built on one belief: that everyone deserves the attention of a personal trainer, every single session.
The story
How Elevate came to be.
We spent years training in gyms that were full of equipment and empty of coaching. You could walk in, do whatever you liked, and walk out — and nobody would notice either way. Progress was optional. Accountability was absent.
We wanted something different. A place where every session was coached, every member was known by name, and every week of training built on the last. So we built it.
Elevate Fitness Patras opened as a deliberate alternative to the standard gym model. Not a warehouse of equipment. Not a class factory. A coaching facility — where the quality of your training is the only thing that matters.
Why we exist
Why Elevate exists.
Most people who join a gym don't get results — not because they lack motivation, but because they lack structure, coaching, and accountability. We exist to fix that. Every person who trains at Elevate gets a programme, a coach, and a community. That's not a premium add-on. It's the baseline.
Every session follows the E3 Method — Strength, Muscle + Movement, Conditioning. You always know what you're doing and why.
A dedicated coach runs every session from start to finish. There are no unsupervised workouts at Elevate.
When your coach knows your name, your goals, and your last session — showing up becomes easier. So does improving.
Our philosophy
Coaching first. Always.
We are not a gym with coaches. We are a coaching facility that happens to have excellent equipment. The distinction matters. Every decision we make — from how we design sessions to how we cap group sizes — is made through one lens: does this make the coaching better?
"The best training environment isn't the one with the most equipment. It's the one where someone is paying attention to you."
— Lucien Locke, Head Coach
Maximum per session. Always.
The cap
Why we stop at six.
Six is not a marketing number. It is the maximum number of people one coach can genuinely coach in a single session — watching technique, adjusting load, giving cues, and knowing where each person is in their programme. Beyond six, you stop coaching and start supervising. We are not interested in supervising.
The space
The facility.
Built for coached training. Every piece of equipment was chosen to serve the E3 Method — strength work, muscle development, and conditioning. Nothing is here for show.
The coaches
The coaches behind Elevate.
Two coaches. A combined focus on one thing: making your training better.
Lucien Locke
Head Coach & Founder
Lucien founded Elevate after years of coaching in commercial gym environments and growing frustrated with the gap between what members needed and what they were getting. He built Elevate around a simple idea: that structured, coached training — with real accountability — produces results that self-directed gym use never will.
Kristina
Coach
Kristina brings a precise, detail-oriented approach to coaching. Her sessions are technically demanding and carefully progressive — she pays close attention to movement quality and ensures every member is training at the right intensity for where they are in their programme.
Community
Beyond the sessions.
Elevate is a small community by design. Members know each other, coaches know members, and the training environment reflects that. We run member events — including group runs — that extend the Elevate experience beyond the four walls of the facility.
- Member runsGroup runs organised for members who want to train together outside the facility. Open to all fitness levels.
- Small communityWith a maximum of six per session, you will always train alongside the same familiar faces. That is intentional.
- Coach accessYour coach is available between sessions for questions about your programme, technique, or progress.
