Small Group Personal Training — Patras
Personal attention. Group energy.
Maximum 6 people. Every session coached.
What is Small Group Personal Training?
Small Group Personal Training is not a fitness class. It is not a bootcamp. It is personal training — delivered in a group of six.
At Elevate, every session is led by a qualified coach who knows every member in the room. Your technique is watched. Your load is adjusted. Your progress is tracked. The group creates energy and accountability; the coach creates results.
The cap of six is not a marketing line. It is the number at which a single coach can genuinely observe, cue, and adapt for every person in the room — simultaneously. Above that number, coaching becomes crowd management. We chose coaching.
The number that changes everything
Why only six?
Six is not arbitrary. It is the maximum number at which one coach can do all of the following — in every session, for every member.
Observe technique in real time
With six people, your coach can watch every rep. They can see the knee caving on your squat, the hitch in your hinge, the shoulder compensating on your press — and correct it before it becomes a habit or an injury.
Adapt exercises on the spot
Not every movement suits every body. Your coach can substitute, regress, or progress an exercise for you mid-session without disrupting the group. That flexibility is impossible at scale.
Adjust loading individually
Two people can follow the same programme at completely different intensities. Your coach knows what weight you should be lifting today — not what the whiteboard says, but what is right for you, right now.
Understand each member
Over time, your coach builds a picture of how you move, how you recover, what motivates you, and where you tend to hold back. That knowledge is only possible when the group is small enough to actually know.
Actively coach — not just supervise
There is a difference between a coach who watches and a coach who coaches. At six people, your coach is on the floor, giving cues, adjusting positions, and holding you accountable from warm-up to the final set.
Every session. Every time.
The session structure
Every Small Group session follows the same three-part framework — the E3 Method. The structure is consistent. The content progresses week on week.
Part 1
Strength
Heavy compound movements — squats, deadlifts, presses, rows. Low rep ranges, high intent. This is where you build the foundation: structural strength, joint integrity, and the capacity to do everything else better.
Part 2
Muscle + Movement
Targeted accessory work and movement quality. This part develops the muscles that support your main lifts, addresses imbalances, and builds the kind of body that performs as well as it looks.
Part 3
Conditioning
Metabolic work that builds your engine. Intervals, circuits, or sustained effort — always purposeful, always coached. This is where fitness is built and where the group energy is highest.
One programme. Individual coaching.
Every member in the session follows the same programme structure. The movements, the rep schemes, the rest periods — these are shared. What is individual is everything else.
Your load is yours. Your progressions are yours. If a movement does not suit your body or your current capacity, your coach will find the variation that does. A beginner and an experienced lifter can train side by side in the same session — both working at the right level, both being coached.
This is what separates Small Group Personal Training from a class. In a class, the programme is the product. At Elevate, the coaching is the product. The programme is just the vehicle.

When a movement needs adapting
Who is it for?
You do not need to be fit to start. You need to be willing to be coached.
Beginners
If you have never trained seriously before, this is the best possible environment to start. You will be taught how to move correctly from day one, in a group that is supportive rather than intimidating.
Returning exercisers
Life gets in the way. If you have had a break — months or years — Small Group Training gives you structure, accountability, and a coach who will bring you back at the right pace.
General fitness members
If your goal is to be stronger, leaner, and healthier — without training for a specific sport or event — this is the programme. Consistent, progressive, coached training produces results.
Experienced trainees
If you have been training alone and hit a plateau, or if you simply want better coaching and more accountability, Small Group Training will challenge you. The cap of six means the standard is high.
