One-to-one Personal Training session at Elevate Fitness Patras

Personal Training

TRAINING BUILT AROUND YOU.

Private one-to-one coaching built entirely around your goals, your schedule, and your starting point.

Why 1:1 Personal Training

The most direct route to your goal.

Group training is effective. But it can only go so far. When every session is designed for you — your movement history, your strengths, your weak points, your schedule — the rate of progress is different. There is no averaging. No compromise. No shared attention.

Personal Training at Elevate means your coach is watching every rep, adjusting every session, and building a programme that evolves as you do. The goal isn't just to get you fitter. It's to get you where you specifically want to go, as efficiently as possible.

01

Goal setting

Before any programming begins, your coach takes time to understand what you actually want — and why. Short-term targets, long-term ambitions, lifestyle context, and any history that matters. Goals are set clearly, tracked honestly, and revisited as you progress.

02

Technique and coaching

Every session is coached in real time. Your coach watches how you move, corrects what needs correcting, and builds your technical foundation alongside your fitness. The quality of feedback you receive in a private session cannot be replicated in a group environment.

03

Programme progression

Your programme isn't static. Loading, volume, and exercise selection are adjusted based on how you're responding — week to week, block to block. Progress is tracked through the E3 system so nothing is guessed and nothing is repeated without purpose.

04

Accountability

Consistency is the hardest part of training. Having a coach who knows your programme, tracks your sessions, and is invested in your progress changes the equation. You show up differently when someone is paying attention.

The process

Five stages. One clear path.

Every Personal Training relationship at Elevate follows the same five-stage process — from your first conversation to ongoing review.

01Consultation

Consultation

Your coach sits down with you before anything else. Goals, history, lifestyle, schedule — everything that shapes what your programme needs to be.

02Assessment

Assessment

A movement screen and baseline assessment. Your coach identifies how you move, where your strengths are, and what needs attention before programming begins.

03Programme

Programme design

Your programme is written specifically for you. You'll understand what you're doing, why you're doing it, and what you're building towards over the coming weeks.

04Coaching

Ongoing coaching

Sessions are delivered and tracked through the E3 platform. Your coach coaches every rep, adjusts loading in real time, and monitors your progress across the block.

05Review

Review

At the end of each block, your coach reviews your progress against your goals. The next block is planned based on where you are — not where you were when you started.

Is it right for you?

  • You have a specific goal that requires a tailored approach
  • You're returning from injury and need careful, individualised programming
  • You want undivided coaching attention and real-time feedback
  • You've trained before but want to know you're doing it correctly
  • You prefer to train at your own pace without a group dynamic
  • You want the fastest, most direct route to measurable results

Common questions

Frequently asked.

Your first session is a consultation and movement assessment — not a workout. Your coach will talk through your goals and history, then run a movement screen to understand how you move before any programming begins. There's no pressure and no commitment required.

That depends on your goals, your schedule, and your recovery capacity. Most Personal Training members train two to three times per week. Your coach will recommend a frequency that makes sense for your situation.

Yes. Many members do both. Your coach will programme your PT sessions with your group training in mind so the two complement rather than conflict with each other.

Personal Training is often the best option for members with injuries or movement restrictions. Your coach will work around your limitations, modify exercises where needed, and programme in a way that supports recovery rather than compromising it.

Personal Training is for members with general fitness goals — strength, body composition, movement quality, health. The Performance programme is specifically designed for athletes preparing for competition or sport-specific performance targets. If you're unsure which is right for you, your free intro will help clarify.

No. Personal Training is appropriate for any starting point. Your programme is built around where you are now — not where you think you should be.
