The Facility
Designed around coaching.
A purpose-built facility for small groups, individual attention and serious training.
Built for better training.
Elevate Fitness Patras was purpose-designed and built by Founder and Head Coach Lucien Locke around the way we actually want to coach — small groups, individual attention and enough space for every member to train properly.
Our facility provides approximately 120 m² of dedicated training space, designed specifically around the E3 Method and our strict maximum of six members per coached session. That means more room to move, better access to equipment and, most importantly, more attention from your coach.
The gym is equipped with a modern range of strength, conditioning and functional training equipment, allowing us to deliver everything from progressive strength work and accessory training to cardiovascular conditioning and performance-focused sessions.
Beyond the main training floor, Elevate includes separate male and female changing rooms with showers, giving members the facilities they need before or after training.
We also have a dedicated members' lounge area — a comfortable space to relax, recover, have a coffee or spend a little time before and after your session.
A major addition to the facility is our dedicated hypoxic training chamber, allowing athletes to train in a controlled low-oxygen environment designed to simulate altitude. The chamber expands what we can offer runners, cyclists, hybrid athletes and other performance-focused members without leaving Patras.
